Do you enjoy being the bridge between our customers and our sales engineers? Are you also a strong communicator and organizational talent who enjoys supporting our salespeople and ensuring they maintain their focus? Then this position might be your new challenge!

What you'll be doing

 

In this challenging position (16-32 hours per week), we are looking for an enthusiastic and administratively strong all-rounder to support our salespeople (both inside and outside sales). You will help process and forward information requests, assist with creating quotes, process orders, and work closely with our purchasing and operations departments. You will also provide structure and manage some of the sales tasks. All of this within an organization where, besides hard work, we also make time for lunch together, organize team outings, and enjoy our sports facilities. In this role, you'll continuously get the best out of yourself, the team, and the company.

 

Your challenge

 

  • Processing and following up on leads

  • Supporting our account manager

  • Creating schedules

  • Ensuring follow-up

  • Planning trips

  • Selling service contracts and software upgrades

  • Managing emails during salespeople's absences

  • Maintaining (sales) activities and administration in Hubspot

  • Processing orders

Job requirements

What you bring to the table

 

  • Strong organizational skills, you enjoy setting the tone and are not afraid to discuss this with

  salespeople

  • Service-oriented, you ensure that the right information reaches the customer

  • Skilled in customer administration (preferably experience with Hubspot)

  • Good written and spoken English and Dutch

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • A real team player who enjoys helping people

  • A healthy dose of humor
