Your Role
We are looking for a meticulous technical test automation engineer for 32–40 hours per week. Together with software engineers, this test automation engineer maintains the high quality of our products by:
Setting up, managing, and executing automated tests in close collaboration with product owners and developers
Specifying test scripts based on requirements and acceptance criteria
Automating functional and performance tests
Supporting developers in defining unit tests
Daily monitoring and maintenance of nightly automated tests

Job requirements
Your Role
We are looking for a meticulous technical test automation engineer for 32–40 hours per week. Together with software engineers, this test automation engineer maintains the high quality of our products by:
Setting up, managing, and executing automated tests in close collaboration with product owners and developers
Specifying test scripts based on requirements and acceptance criteria
Automating functional and performance tests
Supporting developers in defining unit tests
Daily monitoring and maintenance of nightly automated tests
You fit in well with us when you:
Either have just obtained your HBO+ diploma or have already gained considerable experience after your MBO degree
Have at least 2 years of experience as a technical test automation engineer or software engineer with ambitions to grow in test automation
Have experience with test tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin, and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
Are familiar with software development processes and CI/CD pipelines
Can comfortably work closely with software engineers, preferably with some background as a backend or frontend developer
Have strong organizational and structuring skills, and a willingness to support others with structure and processes
Thrive in an inclusive and international work environment
Have perseverance, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
Have strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Have a good sense of humor
